First Orders - $150.00
 
Reorders – No minimums.
 
Payment terms – We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Customers with already established open accounts can choose to be billed. We do not ship COD.
 
Shipping – All orders* are shipped FOB Setauket, NY. Our usual shipping method is UPS. Please let us know if you prefer another carrier.
 
            Shipping and handling charges are added to all invoices, and vary depending on order size and destination.
 
            *Alaska/Hawaii: UPS 2nd Day Air. Outside the US: FedEx.
 
Lead Time – We ship most orders within 2 business days. In the rare instance of a delay, we will contact you to advise.
 
Backorders – We have not had to backorder anything since 1988!
 
Damage/Shortage – Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your order. Please save any boxes in case they are needed for carrier claims.
